I’m 5ft 6inch with a good fitness physic he, I’m currently a pole fitness student under mentoring to teach beginners, I teach twice a week and have just started taking these sessions live on my private Facebook profile.
Im also a level 2 fitness instructor.
I am an ambassador for @anah.amir on Instagram and her website for fitness modelling, I test their prototype sports wear for pole fitness as they are new to this field, gym, yoga wear and provide feedback via posts.
