About

I am an amateur body builder who would love one day to become a pro god willing. I take great care of my body and physical appearance and visit the gym 5 days a week. I am also a self published author and have written 3 books (2 are with a major publishing house) I am currently a managing director of a national security company so I am very confident when engaging with people whom I have never met before . I am very outgoing and a very committed individual once I commit to a project I give it my all (as they say “the most committed win”) I am also a professional Martial artist in a discipline which is called Ving Tsun KungFu (Robert Downey Junior, Ip Man, Donnie Yen and also the Late Bruce Lee also study this type of Martial Arts) my qualification is equivalent to a second dan black belt I also do private lesson for Body Guards. I have been married to my lovely wife for the last 19 years and we four Children. In the late 1990’s I entered over a dozen bodybuilding shows and won several, so it is second nature for me to have to look good on stage for posing and in studios where we had many photoshoots.
