My full name is Mireille Bonello but I go by the nickname Mimi. I have always had a passion for anything creative – from organizing events to face-painting at parties and festivals. I graduated in law and taught at a Law School in London for 12 years. After having three daughters, I decided to change career and became a primary school teacher where I am also Head of Drama. I constantly challenge myself to create unique and creative content in whatever I do. At 49 years of age, I am new to modelling: I love the fact that the industry is now embracing more diversity in age, ethnicity and style. However, my dream (or at least one of my dreams) is to take this a step further and to be am ambassador for promoting the image of the Everyday Woman – where women are not afraid to express their true selves, to show the world that they can still look beautiful and stylish even if they have had children or are getting older and bear marks – whether they be wrinkles, stretch marks or scars. Until I get there, I would like to gain as much diverse experience as possible working with artistic teams as a commercial/promotional model doing both photoshoots and camera work.
