Hi I am a male I work in a dessert company we make cheesecakes,wedges,cream horns,meringues ,tray baked for m&s,Tesco I have skills such as workin on the lines,mixing team where we make cream for meringues I’ve had previous experience as a relief team leader running the lines were we produce cheese cakes I also have experience in machines such as the Brad man which is a machine for cartons to pack cheese cake and send them off to despatch I now work in the ovens where we recieve cheese cakes from low risk it’s a department that makes the cheese cakes and then comes through the ovens where they have to be a certain temperature which is 78 degrees then we put them on racks and book the quantity of cheesecakes on the rack and print out tickets and put them on each rack and put them in a chiller to cook the cheese cake at a temperature of below 5 degrees I am also a qualified barber with level 2 nvq I have also studied nvq business studies
