About

I really enjoy dance and fitness as I feel I am good at it, and it allows me to express myself. I also love fitness clothes as they are comfortable and I feel they suit me best. I have a job at Aldi where I am given tasks to complete, and specific skills I have gained such as, communication, people skills and patience. I am currently studying personal training which I enjoy as I learn about nutrition, the body, and how it adapts when exercising.
