I am a very caring person and I like to dedicate myself fully to what I do with enthusiasm, being able to reciprocate with what I interact with, I give my best from the heart with full focus trying to tap into a greater energy, to my best me, I’m calm,  peaceful, happy, I love smiling, being positive is very important to me and sharing also I love to share with others.

I like reading, watching different documentaries, listening to interesting podcasts, I am attracted to health and well-being has I also practice yoga most days and mindfulness, I like to know about diets what to eat and not to eat, what are the best ways of looking after our bodies, looking for natural and organic products. I’m a morning person, being in nature, I love the sea, spending time with friends and family, I also have a passion for music I like to learn new musical instruments I love electronical music and classical music.

My current job is as a cook.
